PowerHouse is the Pilates term for the core source of your body's strength, support and stability: the abdomen, lower back, hips and buttocks. A strong PowerHouse is the key to fitness and vigor - every other muscle group works from it. All of Kate's classes - Power Yoga, Pilates, and Interval Training - will help you strengthen these core muscles, making you feel stronger and look better than you have in years. A few months of Kate's PowerHouse will give you the kind of self-confidence, emotional vitality and strength-of-spirit that radiates directly from feeling physically fit.

Snow Policy:
If the Wachusett Regional School District has a delay or cancels school, morning classes at Kate's are
CANCELED. Evening classes will be held unless Massachusetts is in a "State of Emergency."
Of course, there are times when it is wise to cancel classes because of local conditions.
We will endeavor to make a cancellation decision as early as possible. Then
we'll post a notice here and send a message to
Kate's email subscribers.
